Tech Specs

  • Power Up & Backup Setup

    Plug the unit into a standard 120V AC outlet using the included DC 5V, 1200 mA adapter.
  • For memory retention during outages, insert 2 × AAA batteries into the bottom compartment for battery backup.
  • Clock Setting

    With the unit powered on, press and hold the PRESET/TIME button until the display flashes, then adjust hours and minutes using the TUN–/MIN and TUN+/HR buttons. Confirm by pressing PRESET/TIME again.
  • Radio Function & Presets

    Press the POWER/FUNCTION button to cycle to FM radio mode, then tune stations using TUN–/MIN or TUN+/HR.
  • Store your favorite station by holding PRESET/TIME, selecting a preset slot (P01–P20), and pressing PRESET/TIME again.
  • Bluetooth Pairing

    Press POWER/FUNCTION until "bt" appears on the display, and the Bluetooth indicator flashes.
  • From your device, select "JCR‑295" to pair (passcode: 0000). The indicator will remain solid when successfully connected.
  • Alarm Setup

    Press and hold ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 until the display flashes, then use MIN/HR to set the time and confirm via the same alarm button.
  • Cycle alarm mode between buzzer, radio, or off by pressing the alarm button repeatedly.
  • Auxiliary Input & USB Charging

    For external audio, plug into the AUX IN jack and switch to AUX mode via POWER/FUNCTION.
  • To charge a device, connect it to the USB port on the back—supports charging only (no data).
  • Sleep, Snooze & Display Dimmer

    Press SLEEP to cycle through auto-off timer settings (e.g., 90 minutes → OFF).

    Use SNOOZE to delay the alarm for ~9 minutes.
  • Press DIMMER to toggle display brightness.

    Phone Holder Usage

    Attach or detach the cellphone holder on top.
  • Smaller devices can be mounted vertically or horizontally, but larger tablets may risk tipping the unit.
